Oakheart Grove Retreat 2025: Working With Mystery
May 16-18

Working With Mystery will explore how to deepen our relationship with Mystery through the Animal, Plant, and Spirit Realms, Sacred Sites and new Rituals.  We will discuss how some Ovates get Lost in the Forest, what we can do to Stay on the Path, and what mysteries arise as our Grove matures together. We'll have workshops, feasting, mead, eisteddfod, ritual, and more!

May 16 (4pm) until May 18 (11am

There's a bunkhouse at the Lewis & Clark Lodge, so your registration includes lodging only. Please bring a dish to share on Friday and Saturday for potluck/family style dinner. Breakfast will be served on Saturday and Sunday (muffins, danishes, fruit, coffee, tea, etc).

FRIDAY:

4pm: Welcome/ Doors Open

5:30pm: Firepit: Orientation, Expectations, etc

6:30 - 7:30pm: Potluck - PLEASE BRING A DISH TO SHARE!!

8pm: Firepit, Bardic Eisteddfod, and s’mores :)

SATURDAY:

All Day: Crafts - Create a God’s Eye

7 - 8am: Dawngreeters - Morning Stretch, Yoga Lite with Spiral, and Mudras with James

8 - 9:30am: Continental Breakfast Hours

10 - 11am: Spiral: Morning Visualization/Guided Meditation and Intention Setting

11 - 11:45am: Woodland Walk (weather permitting); for those who are not able/wanting to walk, Lizzy will be staying behind and playing with runes

12 - 1pm: Lunch

1 - 2pm: Free/social time

2 - 3pm: Lizzy’s Workshop

3 - 3:50pm - Free time

4 - 5pm: Ember’s Workshop

5 - 6pm: Free/social time

6 - 7pm: Dinner

8: Main Ritual & Initiations

SUNDAY:

8 - 9:30am: Breakfast and Goodbyes

9:30 - 10:45am: Cleanup and Vacate - Stay if you can help cleanup the site!
